A New Season Begins Here!
As summer comes to a close and many are returning to work, heading back to school, and settling into new routines, this is the perfect opportunity to pause before life picks up pace.
Too often we step into a new season carrying old habits, distractions, and spiritual fatigue. But before we reset our calendars, God wants to reset our hearts.
Join us for RESET: 7 Days of Prayer & Fasting as we intentionally seek God’s presence, realign our priorities, and establish healthy spiritual rhythms for the months ahead. Together, we’ll lay aside distractions, deepen our dependence on God, and position ourselves to walk into this next season with clarity, purpose, and renewed faith.
Whether you’re a student, parent, educator, professional, entrepreneur, or simply believing God for a fresh start, this week is an invitation to slow down, hear His voice, and allow Him to do a deep work within you.
This isn’t just about changing your schedule - it’s about God resetting and aligning your entire life.

What is Fasting?
A biblical fast means abstaining from food for spiritual purposes. Jesus encouraged and expected believers to fast according to Matthew 6:17-18 and Matthew 9:15. Fasting is one of the Spirit’s tools for strengthening and transforming grace in our lives. This spiritual practice is a gift from God meant to grow and draw us into a deepening relationship with Him. Many abstain from food, television, and other forms of entertainment during this time and spend that time drawing closer to God instead. This time of fasting is rich by using the time to pray, read the Bible, and worship God. If fasting is not coupled with prayer and Bible reading, it’s simply a diet.
The Daniel Type Fast:
A Daniel’s Fast is the type of fasting we will do during these 10 days. This model is a partial fast drawn from the example of the prophet Daniel, who chose to abstain from rich foods, meats, and wine to devote himself fully to God in prayer and humility (Daniel 1:8-16; Daniel 10:2 -3). By simplifying his diet to fruits, vegetables, and water, Daniel set his heart to seek God above all else. The significance of this fast is not merely in the food restrictions, but in the posture of consecration—laying aside pleasures to pursue deeper intimacy with God. The Daniel Fast reminds us that spiritual breakthrough comes when we prioritize God’s presence over personal comfort, aligning our hearts with His will and reinforcing His kingdom agenda on earth.
