PRAYER WORKS!

21 Days of Prayer + Consecration

(Oct 6th - 26th )

Join us for 21 powerful days of focused prayer and fasting!

Prayer Works! 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting is designed to reignite our faith in the power of prayer. In a world filled with hopelessness and despair, God is calling His people to partner with Him in bringing heaven to earth (Matthew 6:10). As kingdom citizens, we are not called to be subject to the patterns of this world (Romans 12:2), but to reinforce God’s plans and agenda so that His kingdom comes, and His will is done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10).

Over the next 21 days, you will engage in a daily prayer focus, intentional times of prayer, teachings, and activations that will charge your faith and take your prayer life to the next dimension. Scripture reminds us that we have what we say (Mark 11:23, Proverbs 18:21)—our words carry power and authority.

What is Fasting?

A biblical fast means abstaining from food for spiritual purposes. Jesus encouraged and expected believers to fast according to Matthew 6:17-18 and Matthew 9:15. Fasting is one of the Spirit’s tools for strengthening and transforming grace in our lives. This spiritual practice is a gift from God meant to grow and draw us into a deepening relationship with Him. Many abstain from food, television, and other forms of entertainment during this time and spend that time drawing closer to God instead. This time of fasting is rich by using the time to pray, read the Bible, and worship God. If fasting is not coupled with prayer and Bible reading, it’s simply a diet.

The Daniel Type Fast:

A Daniel’s Fast is the type of fasting we will do during these 21 days. This model is a partial fast drawn from the example of the prophet Daniel, who chose to abstain from rich foods, meats, and wine to devote himself fully to God in prayer and humility (Daniel 1:8-16; Daniel 10:2 -3). By simplifying his diet to fruits, vegetables, and water, Daniel set his heart to seek God above all else. The significance of this fast is not merely in the food restrictions, but in the posture of consecration—laying aside pleasures to pursue deeper intimacy with God. The Daniel Fast reminds us that spiritual breakthrough comes when we prioritize God’s presence over personal comfort, aligning our hearts with His will and reinforcing His kingdom agenda on earth.
