Join us for 7 powerful days of focused prayer and fasting! During this time we are believing God for Supernatural Breakthrough!

Each day we’ll seek God with intention and expectation in key areas of our lives—calling, family, provision, health, and freedom. This is a time to realign with God’s voice, break strongholds, and step fully into the promises He has for us. Whether you’re contending for healing, deliverance, clarity, or breakthrough in your home, these seven days are a divine invitation to go deeper and come out stronger. We’ll gather every morning at 6:30 AM on IG Live for corporate prayer, and on Saturday, May 3, we’ll meet in person for a powerful Prayer Clinic at 8:30 AM. Let’s lean in and experience supernatural breakthrough in every area of your life!

What is Fasting?

A biblical fast means abstaining from food for spiritual purposes. Jesus encouraged and expected believers to fast according to Matthew 6:17-18 and Matthew 9:15. Fasting is one of the Spirit’s tools for strengthening and transforming grace in our lives. This spiritual practice is a gift from God meant to grow and draw us into a deepening relationship with Him. Many abstain from food, television, and other forms of entertainment during this time and spend that time drawing closer to God instead. This time of fasting is rich by using the time to pray, read the Bible, and worship God. If fasting is not coupled with prayer and Bible reading, it’s simply a diet. 

Fasting Diet Guidelines

Water + 100% Juice

Consume only water, herbal teas, 100% fruit or vegetable juices, and smoothies (no added sugars). Stay hydrated throughout the day.

Fruits & Vegetables (Daniel-style Fast)

Eat only raw or cooked fruits and vegetables. Fresh salads, smoothies, and homemade vegetable soups are great meal options.

Fish

Lean, baked, grilled, or steamed fish is permitted. Avoid fried fish, creamy sauces, or breaded coatings.

No Meat, No Sweets, No Rice or Pasta

Eliminate all red meat, chicken, pork, sweets (cookies, cakes, candy, etc.), and refined carbohydrates like white rice, pasta, and white bread.

*** Please consult your doctor before you begin your fast, as it would be wise to ask your doctor for a physical exam to ensure you are in good health. Also, if you take any medication talk to your doctor before changing your regimen. Prudence and caution are in order.***

Focus: Pray for household salvation, unity, healing, and legacy.

Day 3 – Wednesday, April 30

Breakthrough in Provision

Scripture: Philippians 4:19

Focus: Praying for supernatural provision and open doors.

Day 4 – Thursday, May 1

Breakthrough in Relationships

Scripture: Matthew 5:23–24

Focus: Pray for healing, reconciliation, and divine connections.

Day 5 – Friday, May 2

Breakthrough in Health

Scripture: Isaiah 53:5

Focus: Pray for healing, restoration, and divine health in the body and mind.

Day 6 – Saturday, May 3

Breakthrough from Addictions

Scripture: John 8:36

Focus: Pray for freedom from addictions, habits, cravings, and compulsive behaviors.

Day 7 – Sunday, May 4

Total Breakthrough – Walls Fall

Focus: Declare the walls are coming down. Step into victory.
